Beautiful day, sunny and windy. This course is a bit short on the yardage, but a great warm-up for links play at St Andrews. The course was well kept and putts rolled true. Gordon had a great round...beat me by three strokes for 1£ (2bets).   It was a wonderful surprise that he and Linda could make the trip. Great start to a dream weekend!
